Will-Based Plans
- Last Will and Testament: Gives you control of what happens to your assets and personal property after you pass away. Also allows you to nominate guardians for your children in the event that both parents are deceased.
- Financial Power of Attorney: Allows someone to step into your shoes and act on your behalf if you are physically or mentally unable to do so.
- Advance Directive: Allows you to express your wishes about your medical care if you are unable to express your wishes to your doctor.
- HIPAA Waiver:Doctor’s are not permitted to share or discuss your medical information with any, including your spouse, without your permission. This document allows you the opportunity to list who you would like the doctors to speak with about your medical care.
