Three years ago, I began my journey of entrepreneurship. It was just me, my laptop, and my desire to help others. I left a very cushy job and took a leap of faith into the unknown and never looked back. I’m not going to lie and say the journey has been easy, because it hasn’t, but the journey has been rewarding and I’ve learned a great dealt about myself along the way.
In 2018, when I first launched my firm, I decided to name my firm Meredith Hill Law, because I was the company. I literally had every job. I was the lawyer, the paralegal, the secretary, the receptionist, the IT consultant, the accountant, etc. You name it, I did it.
The beauty of that experience was that I learned how to build my business from the ground up and I learned how important and integral each position of a company truly is. Fortunately, over the last 3 years, I have been able to grow a team of people to help my business expand and be successful. It’s not just me anymore. It’s me and my team.
My team has been an integral part of the success of my firm and will continue to be an integral part of the firm’s success.
So, on this third anniversary of my firm, I’ve decided to acknowledge that it is not just me anymore, it is me and my team. Therefore, my firm will no longer be referred to as, Meredith Hill Law, but The Hill Law Group.
I’m excited about this next chapter in the life of the firm, and for you to meet the members of my phenomenal team of people.
These last three years have been amazing for Meredith Hill Law, but I can’t wait to see what the future holds for The Hill Law Group.
